Do guests need to create an account to book a table?
No. Ballers book and pay for a table with just their name, phone, and card — no sign-up required. Only club owners and staff need an account.
Who holds the deposit money — ReserveLoop or the club?
The club. Deposits are charged directly to the club's own Stripe account. ReserveLoop takes 0% platform fee and never custodies guest funds.
Do we need Twilio to start using ReserveLoop?
